Welcome to Kim Cox Coaching!

Hi, I'm Kim—business owner, coach, adoptive mom, author, and someone who's built multiple businesses while rebuilding my entire life.

I started my first business during infertility (a sewing business that became my lifeline when I couldn't get pregnant). Opened my first mattress store in 2015—the same year I became a foster mom. By 2021, I had 3 locations across Phoenix. I've also launched (and sold) a VR arcade, tried my hand at events and fundraisers, learned to track ROI the hard way, and navigated divorce while running it all.

Some ideas worked. Some didn't. That's business.

I've felt called to write and share for years—both my personal story and my business experience. Sometimes a Mom is part of that journey. But the other part? Is something just as special -- teaching business owners how to build something sustainable.

Now I help entrepreneurs get unstuck, organize their systems, and build businesses that support their lives. Whether you're just starting out or a few years in trying to figure out where your profit went—I'm here to help you build smarter, not just harder.

I teach what I've lived: how to track your numbers, make confident decisions, hire strategically, have hard conversations, and create content that actually connects. I'm not an accountant or a marketing guru—I'm a business owner who learned the expensive lessons so you don't have to.

I'm self-taught, scrappy, and I've stumbled through most of it. But if I can help you avoid a few faceplants and build something that actually works, I'm here for it.

Sometimes a Mom is my story. Always a Boss is where I help you build yours.
